- Step-1: Click Login
- Step-2: Fill Email and Password
- Step-3: Sign In to proceed for candidate registration and fill details.

Online/Offline Renewal
- When an individual registers as a job seeker on the OMCL portal, the registration is usually valid for 4 years.
- After 4 years, renewal or re-registration may be required, especially if the candidate is still seeking placement or hasn't updated their profile.
- The renewal fee will be Rs.120/- inclusive of GST. After renewal, your registration will be kept for another 48 months.

Domestic Recruitment
OMCL has been performing domestic recruitment services since 2017 and was approved by passing a special resolution in its 34th Annual General Meeting held on 31.12.2012.
OMCL is now outsourcing manpower to various Government Departments and State Public Sector Undertakings through empaneled agencies with effect from 01.08.2025 for the following categories of posts such as:
Project Manager, Superintendent, Manager, Assistant Manager, Senior Accountant, Junior Accountant, Junior Assistant, Desk Personnel, Data Entry Operator, Typist, Assistant, Driver, Electrician, Plumber, Watchman, Office Assistant, Sweeper, Sanitary Worker, Water Carrier, Gardener, Housekeeping Supervisor, and Housekeeping Attendant.

Training
- OMCL is providing free offline German language training for 55 nursing candidates in two batches starting from A1 level, A2 level, B1 level and B2 level.
- Training of about 10 months with the entire cycle taking between 10 to 12 months before they migrate.
- After their A1 level training, their documents will be submitted to the different agencies for the purpose of translation and attestation.
- After A2, they will be presented in front of the employer for an interview.
- During B1, they will receive the offer letter from the employer.
- After B2, they will apply for VISA and ticketing.
Migration Process to Germany:
Attestation
- Overseas Manpower Corporation Limited(OMCL) initiated the action for facilitating Human resource Development(HRD) attestation of educational certificate of the candidates and Apostille services in Esanad Portal.
- The candidate visiting the OMCL (Overseas Manpower Corporation Limited) office to apply for HRD attestation, should carry original educational certificates.
- OMCL team will verify the documents, explain the HRD attestation procedure in detail, and guide the candidate through the subsequent online steps to be completed on the ESANAD portal.
